History

Can Vivot is a large manor house or palace located in the old town of Palma, near the Church of Santa Eulalia. It is one of the city’s most emblematic buildings and the only one in Palma that remains intact since its last renovation between 1683 and 1711, including the original furnishings. It was declared a National Artistic Monument in 1973 and later classified as a Site of Cultural Interest (BIC) in 1985, and was granted A1 protection level (integral) by the Heritage Council.
